The core structure is a high-precision marble base and column, with an infinite telecentric optical system lens barrel and an industrial digital camera, a toothless screw drive x, y worktable, a Z-axis servo motor drive focus, a high-definition image processing and geometric calculation system. When inspecting products , first place the workpiece to be inspected on the worktable of the optical measurement system, after positioning, call up the inspection program for the product to be inspected, the x, y worktable sends the workpiece under the lens, and after the lens captures the image of the product to be tested, manually move the X , Y worktable to the next position for capture, and the Z axis realizes automatic focus, and then performs the corresponding calculations. By continuously processing the image, a higher inspection speed is obtained.
